Kevin Ezell, the head of the Southern Baptist Convention’s North American Mission Board, faces another lawsuit.
The President of the North American Mission Board (NAMB) is facing a lawsuit over a real estate transaction where the purchaser of his previous home alleges Kevin Ezell lied to get a higher price out of the purchaser.
The lawsuit against Kevin Ezell and his wife along with real estate agents was filed in Fulton County, Georgia on September 19, 2023. Ezell’s attorney filed a response to the claim on October 23, 2023. Ezell also filed a motion to dismiss on the same date. As of press time, no hearings have been held or scheduled in the case.
