  1. Don’t blame the team – holding the ball – obviously they were tired and wanted to give their kids a chance. The best team is responsible for dictating tempo. We played a conference team several years ago who had 3 DI players. That beat us by 20 and 30 – rubbed our face in it the 2nd time. We held the ball and they sat in their matchup and didn’t come out til the 4th qtr. halftime was 3-2. We won when they had to play man and panicked. LAST TIME I LOOKED IT WAS ABOUT GIVING UR KIDS THEIR BEST CHANCE TO WIN. CHANGING A RULE ISNT THE ANSWER. A talented team has an advantage – let them learn to go get the win and get off their butts and stop whining when they get out coached!
