Alabama will win the 2010 Iron Bowl either on the field or in the record book as Auburn continues to play an ineligible quarterback. But while the NCAA probe continues into the Cam Newton recruiting scandal, attention turns to what will happen on the field in this year’s Alabama-Auburn game. Can the Alabama defense stop or contain Cam?

“He’s a great athlete,” Alabama Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban said. “There’s no doubt about that. You have to do a great job of tackling. He’s a big guy, he’s got long arms, a good stiff-arm. He has really good change of direction and has deceptive speed.”

    It’s revealed that Cam wasn’t the only player bought and sold.

    Abarn appeals but is rejected in the fastest appeals process in NCAA history.

    SACS drops the barn’s accreditation, making a degree from Abarn about as worthless as a soiled napkin.

    Abarn spends the next ten years in the muck and mire of something below mediocrity.

    They are forced to rename Pat Dye field, and Jordan-Hare doesn’t see another sell out. Tickets go for $25 on game day.

    Not having accreditation, the barn is kicked out of the SEC and joins the Sunbelt where its new rival is Troy.

    Troy rattles off ten in a row as Larry Blakely finally gets his revenge for Pat Dye rolling over on him.
