New David Platt trailer drops, teases documentary release date
A new trailer for the video exposing David Platt’s incompetence and the troubles at McLean Bible Church was released this evening on The Real David Platt website. The trailer teased a release date for the full documentary, 10-20-2024. The video contained extensive clips with the former church treasurer and 25-year church elder who detailed that he had no knowledge of many financial transactions revealed through discovery. This is a shocking admission and details how McLean Bible Church was funneling money and keeping its duly constituted financial officers uninformed.
In the video the longtime elder and treasurer details how large transactions were made without his knowledge and without the knowledge of most of the elders–something that appears to violate the corporation’s legal requirements. Further, the treasurer explains how this “Dark Money” was funneled through the church to the Southern Baptist Convention and back and also somehow involved David Platt’s Radical organization.
These financial documents were made public by discovery in a lawsuit filed in Virginia court. Otherwise, people would not have any knowledge of these shady transactions.
