A former president of the Southern Baptist Convention corrected Southern Baptist ERLC chief Russell Moore. Moore tweeted an attack on conditions at the border. Graham is pastor of Prestonwood Baptist Church
Graham tweeted, “This is a very inaccurate report! I’ve been to the border and seen the great work our Border Agents are doing along with churches like ours which are ministering in Jesus Name. Extremely disappointing @dmoore.”
And, “drrmoore…. why don’t you go with me to the border and we can show you what is actually happening rather than your simply quoting CNN. I’m ready when you are.”
Graham even urged SEBTS president Daniel Akin to take down a re-tweet if Moore’s original tweet.
Graham tweeted, “Very wrong @DannyAkin. You should take down this retweet.”
Also, Liberty University President Jerry Falwell rebuked Dr. Moore over this same tweet.

As a retired SB pastor Russel Moore has said a number of things that were improper or just wrong. Frankly he should resign.
