This video highlights Penn State’s 41-7 victory over Indiana State. Penn State plays Alabama next week in the first real test for both teams. The video also includes an interview with Penn State’s Rob Bolden about his performance and if he feels like he will have the starting quarterback job when Alabama visits Penn State next week.
“We will see. I’m not sure yet,” Penn State’s Rob Bolden said. “I feel like I did well enough to do it (to seal the starting job). We will get back to practice and see.”
Bolden split time with Matt McGloin. And the AP recap of the game provided this analysis of the quarterback situation at Penn State: “McGloin was 6 of 8 for 77 yards, with the offense looking crisper at times under his watch, especially in the 14-point second quarter.” (Source)
Overall, Penn State demolished Indiana State with a punishing ground attack. The Nittany Lions rushed the ball 48 times for 245 yards.
Penn State could use this type of ground attack to help provide balance in attacking Alabama next week.

I have been a BAMA fan since day one. I made a statement recently that Penn.State has never defeated Bama in football . Was I correct? Maybe I should have said that Penn.State has never defeated the “BEAR”. Was I correct in my statement? Thanks.
My goodness no; although you most certainly hold the winning record over us (PSU), we’ve defeated Bama quite a few times. Maybe you’ll add one next week–we’ll wait and see! Good luck!
