This is a job I think Tubb’s would be great for. Low expectations (hell…. an 8 win season is considered GOLD there) — don’t have to recruit because of the academic standards there — don’t have to go down “to the hood” to recruit — hunting is abundant due to the geographic location of the University — perfect for Tubb’s. Plus, it’s his criteria for his next coaching job — a job in a BCS conference.
I don’t like todays report that McElwain is one of top 2 candidates for Louisville. Hope they take Floridas Strong. What worries me is Strong is a D coach and the Big East is an O conference. RTR!
If Coach Mac leaves for Louisville — maybe we could get Jimbo Fisher from FSU assuming they are going to clean house down there. That’s just one back-up scenario. I’m sure Nick Saban has a back-up plan for EVERYTHING.
