    Tennessee: Read the rule book. Live ball foul treated as a dead ball foul meaning Alabama gets possession as long as they down the ball, which they did.

    LSU: Peterson caught the ball with both feet in bounds. Problem is Julio touched the ball at the same time as Peterson before Peterson could have full possession of the ball. Why does that matter? Because Julio was standing out of bounds when he touched the ball so by rule the ball is automatically dead. That’s what the official on the field saw and that’s what he called.

    If you want to talk about getting jobbed just look at the interception the refs took away from Ole Miss at Jordan-Hare without indisputable evidence to overturn it. Called an interception on the field, no camera angle to dispute, a gentleman’s hand shake from Jay Jacobs and Auburn gets the ball back.

  7. Sorry guys. I shouldn’t have kicked a sleeping dog! Interesting observations Bald Stray. Apparently you were on a vacation in Never Never Land. Good fantasy you have though. Did you have the Peyote shipped in from Arizona or New Mexico? Flomacane is exactly right on both calls, except that the refs did not make the incompletion call based on the dead ball rule. They have now acknowleged that it was dead, but they missed it during the game. Everybody was watching Petersons’ hands and feet and completely missed the important part of the play where Julio had already touched it while standing out of bounds! So the replay ruling was based on inconclusive evidence of an incorrect call on the field. So LSWho didn’t get shafted. It was Bama who almost got screwed because the refs missed the real call in the first place and could have incorrectly awarded the ball to LSWho! Bama 52 Flawed Smeagles 0! RTR!

  11. Certainly Cheezit has put together a decent class. But Dwyre? has ties to the Barn. No one ever claimed you wouldn’t get him. Don’t hold your breath for Lattimore, Seastrunk or Latche though. Even if you get one of them, don’t expect Bama to cringe. We aren’t recruiting RB’s. Why? Because next year we’ll put Ingram, Richardson and Lacy up against any RB corps in the country. We’re pretty much set for the next 4 years. Take away the possibility of 2 five star RB’s and your class pretty much pales in comparison to ours. But don’t let that upset you. Fighting out of an underdog and lack of respect role, the Barn has always done more with less. I’m sure you will continue with those ‘successful’ 7-5, 8-4 and occasional 9-3 seasons! LMAO! RTR!

We will have a couple of SOLID linemen in the two I just listed. A couple will have to step it up for sure. But isnt there always a hole to fill in the line ?

    And EGGY…..Our CURRENT running back corps doesnt even pale in comparison to yours. Look at the stats if you want to argue.

  27. BP if I wasn’t so tired I would show you just how full of shit you are on the Ingram – Tate common SEC game comparison. Too much to type. But basically in three of 5 games Mark had way more total yds and ypc and recieving yards. In the only 2 games Tate had more yards, Tennessee, Mark had way fewer carries and averaged more per carry. In the Arkansas game where Tate picked up huge numbers on Ingram, Ingram was hurt and only had 1/3 of the carries in the game. Now if you want to throw in the uncommon game, against USC Ingram had 246 rush and 23 pass. Against Miss St Tate had 157 rush. We know which one had the best D! In general Mark ave’s more than 1ypc and 2.5 yprecept than Tate and he QBs in the Wildcat. What’s more Mark runs over people who are stacked in the box, instead of running through gaping holes created by the spread like Tate. And Tate’s a senior while Mark’s a soph in his first starting role. Why are you making all these dumbass, erroneous posts lately? Lost your meds? RTR!
