It could be a game between two top ten teams. Alabama will play Virginia Tech in the second annual College Kickoff at the Georgia Dome with the game set for September 5, and to televised by ABC or ESPN, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. This marks the second consecutive year the Crimson Tide will launch its season in Atlanta; Alabama defeated Clemson last year in the College Kickoff game.

Tickets will be split evenly just like last season.

Virginia Tech won the ACC championship game and plays in the FedEx Orange Bowl against Cincinnati.

  1. I live in Virginia and these guys are as bad as Auburn fans. I hate VT and would love to see us completely destroy them like LSU did. They think their stadium is most grand place. They think they are feared by opponents. I get so sick of “Beamer Ball”. They have nothing to boast. I am really impressed, ACC Champion. Vanderbilt could have won the ACC this year.
