Florida defeats Alabama

A nother day, but it is the same story: Alabama defeated. Honestly, I’m sick of reading headlines this basketball season that detail Alabama’s problems. I’m sick of walking away from watching the game with a sense of disappointment.

I’m tired of excuses. I don’t want to hear the team we lost to was the #1 team in the nation. I want to win.

Coach Mark Gottfried reportedly complained a few weeks ago about how few fans were paying attention to the basketball team. If fewer fans are paying attention to basketball now, it is nobody’s fault but the basketball teams. It is a colossal disappointment.

The season can be saved by a strong tournament run; however, getting into the tournament looks to be more and more difficult. And Gottfried has none to blame but himself.
