Alabama continues to waddle in mediocrity on the basketball court. The Tide was up handily on Yale 45-27 with 15:45 left in the second half, but the Tide surrendered a 10-2 run. Fortunately, Alabama hit critical free throws down the stretch for the win. Gottfried called the game another learning experience for the Crimson Tide.

“Everything is a learning experience,” head coach Mark Gottfried said. “I definitely think there are some positives to come out of tonight’s game. I think one of the main things is our understanding of the score and the time. We were able to eliminate time off the clock when we needed to and hit free throws down the stretch.”

Here is a quick AP summary of the game.

  1. This Game tells you everything you need to know – unless you are one of those cheese head “mark madness” dolts.
