Cook goes after Spurrier

Brian Cook found a new Satan in college football—Steve Spurrier. Cook continues his willful character assassination of Nick Saban by calling the medical hardship scholarships “suspicious.” It would be nice if Cook would provide one statement made by a player on medical hardship that indicated something suspicious took place. Unfortunately for Cook, there are no such on the record statements because the medical hardships were only suspicious in Cook’s mind.

However, Cook should be commended for going after a real scandal; it appears there is evidence this time and on the record statements from aggrieved parties.

It is much easier to take Cook’s outrage seriously this time.
