Week four is behind us, and the storylines are the return of the officials, Cam Newton continuing his childish, sulking, primadonna behavior (that his teammates are getting sick of) after the Falcons ripped the Panthers’ heart out on a last second field goal, and the Saints falling to 0-4.

But from an Alabama perspective, Mark Barron’s lift off and take down of RG3 was pretty sweet to watch. It was form tackling at its finest as Barron introduced himself to the phenom QB.

Here are some Crimson Tide notable performances from the weekend:

Roman Harper (NO) with 9 tackles in a losing effort to the Chiefs
Mark Barron (TB) with 8 tackles against the Redskins, including a crushing take-down of RG3.
Trent Richardson (CLE) with another touchdown in his rookie season (4)
Kareem Jackson (HOU) with a pick-six in a route of the Titans.
Rolondo McClain (OAK) with 8 tackles against the Broncos.

  1. Love it. I knew it was only a matter of time before the jerk was exposed. The cream always rises to the top, and the s*** sinks to the bottom.
