Alabama Crimson Tide Coach Nick Saban provided an injury update for this week’s Florida game during his Monday press conference. Saban provided updates on linebacker CJ Mosley, running back Eddie Lacy and linebacker Chris Jordan.

C.J. Mosley is questionable for the big game on the road against Florida. Saban said Mosley would not practice today (Monday).

“He will be out for a couple of days for sure,” Alabama coach Nick Saban said. “He probably is questionable for this game at this point.”

Alabama running back Eddie Lacy will be limited in Monday’s practice, but should do more later in the week. He is expected to be ready for the Florida game.

Edie Lacy “should progress as the week goes on and should be OK for the game,” Saban said.

Saban said Chris Jordan “is making some progress.” He is expected to do some work in practice today after being “shut down” in practice last week in an effort to help his recovery. Saban said the team would evaluate Jordan’s work in practice today (Monday).

“We are trying to help him, but I know he is frustrated because he really wants to contribute,” Alabama football coach Nick Saban said. “But every time he tries he continues to have issues.”

      1. Its going to hurt when Bama busts the hell out of the Vols in a couple of weeks too. Bama beats the Gators by three TDs, so you get to keep crying weekly.

  1. as predicted bama routs ark 41-13

fla top 5 team now and at end of yr…

    early read on game
bama offense nothing doing gets behind 13-0 til late 3rd qtr bama wears out fla – demps rainey beat up…bama 17-13

    1. Hate to disagree, Hammah, but I think Bama takes this one to the house like they did against the Hogs. I think the OL is much better than they have let on through the first 3-4 games, and can stand up to the Gator front 7. And, if they stack the box like I think they will, AJ has proven he can find the open man in man coverage. I just don’t think this is the year that FL has the tools to run with Bama past the first half.

    2. And Brantley only thinks he got beat up by Kentucky last Saturday. Bama’s front 4 and linebackers will likely put him out of the game.

    3. O hell no Crimson..This offense will crush the Gators again. And just to much defense,,gator QB John Brantley i think that is his name went out right before halftime last week.Played with sore ribs in second half. This is all Bama Baby,,,,,,30 17 RT RT….

  2. Most of the Fla posters on Rivals are pretty much conceeding the game. The ones who think Fla will win are inventing scenarios that would allow Fla to win but the problem with Fla doing what it would take is also in getting Bama to go along with it. Bwaa haww haww. If Bama’s D plays the rest of the season like last Saturday all we will need is a one legged one arm QB to go undefeated. RTR!
