Alabama-Florida football game set for 7 p.m. kickoff

Next week’s Alabama football game against Florida will be in primetime. The Alabama-Florida series has featured some amazing football. Alabama has won the last two meetings, but Florida hosts this one and the Swamp is even less hospitable at night. Here is the official announcement release from UA:

CBS to Televise Alabama-Florida Football Game; Kickoff Set for 7 P.M. CDT on October 1.

The Southeastern Conference announced Saturday evening that CBS Sports will televise the Alabama-Florida football game to a national audience beginning at 7 p.m. (CDT) from Florida Field in Gainesville, Fla., on Saturday, October 1.
