UA student star of new reality TV series ‘Sweet Home Alabama’

A University of Alabama student is the star of a new reality television series. CMT will showcase Devin Grissom in “Sweet Home Alabama.” The show features a southern belle searching for Mr. Right. The show premiers tonight on CMT. According to the network’s website episode 1 features: “Devin, a beautiful young Southern belle, begins her search for love by meeting 20 eligible suitors. Ten of them are traditional Southern gentlemen, and the other 10 are city slickers, who have come to the country with the intention of stealing her heart. The cultures clash in the house as the competition begins and rivalries emerge. Four potential suitors are dropped from contention.” The show premieres tonight at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT.

In the video below you can watch Grissom declare she is now a “Bama Girl” who “bleeds Crimson.” She declares, “Roll Tide Roll.” She attends the University of Alabama and is a public relations major.
