On the heels of a tweet that went out from Tuscaloosa News Alabama beat reporter Rachel Baribeau publicly celebrating the Auburn win Monday night, a clip has surfaced from her appearance on the Tony Barnhardt show prior to the Alabama-Auburn game this fall.

Some are saying her love for Auburn is spewing forth as she talks about the Tigers and Cam Newton.

  7. She seems to be reasonably objective for a reporter from a rival school. I think she’s less biased than say Erin Andrews is for Florida.

    Really don’t think it’s fair to demand that she be fired unless she actually shows bias. Tons of SEC writers voted for Newton, including probably all Bama beat writers.

    I think everyone would show some class instead of trying to fire someone as guilt by association.

    It’s time we do the same. And I didn’t call for her to be fired. I merely gave those here the means to voice their opinion if they have one.
