    The reality is that Auburn most Auburn fans have a stake in Auburn because they are alumni or have a parent or close family member that attended the university. This very different from the majority of the UAT fanbase that woke up one day, decided to be a bama fan, and bought a t-shirt at the local Wal-Mart. This is also why bama fans will never understand what it means to be an Auburn Family, and why we would never have an inferiority complex. Said simply, most of us chose to attend and graduate from Auburn University, a place that we love. I for one was accepted to both schools and made a concious decision to go to Auburn (i.e., I rejected UAT). Bama fans that have no stake in the university, and at best have contributed to the local wal-mart for some paraphanelia, will never understand what it truly means to be part of something and be a REAL fan of the university.
