Regard for NCAA rules? None. Just look at how Auburn played an obviously ineligible player in Cam Newton. Auburn displayed its reckless disregard for compliance when it put the quarterback on the field.

Regard for playing honorably? None. Just look at how Auburn players conduct themselves on the field. Piece of crap, they name is Nick Fairley. Sports By Brooks provided two damning illustrations of this shitty play. The helmet is a weapon for this guy.

Who cares if you maim or kill? Not Auburn coach Gene Chizik.

And Sports By Brooks put it best, “Chizik has yet to do anything that indicates Fairley’s incessant dirty play isn’t exactly who Auburn is.”

Chop Block U has expanded its dirty play to include every form of cheap shot.

This is Auburn football—win at all cost. It is a mentality that should embarrass its own fans; it has brought shame to the SEC.

Auburn should be hit harder than USC. The Newton scandal—Camgate—warrants the severest form of sanctions available.

Fairley deserves to be suspended for his disgusting behavior.

The NCAA will do the right thing and hammer Auburn. Will the inept SEC Office do the right thing?

  3. Exactly. The Barn is a total joke at this point. They are reminiscent of some sort of parody of a college football program. The DVD of this season would be on par with “The Program”, all the fluff, lots of points and cheap shots with every tackle.

    There is no sanity and no regard for class at Abarn. They are ruining the grand southern game in an effort to grab at the brass ring in a one shot deal. They have no class. They are just filled with vitriol, jealousy and lust after watching us win it all LEGITIMATELY last season.

On the knee hit, he was once again blocked in to Murray. And it wouldn’t have happened if Murray had knee pads anyways. And back to the spear, it was once.     Yes, I’m an Auburn fan and a graduate. No, I don’t live in a trailer, mate with my sister or any of the other stereotypes aimed at Auburn. Yes, I am embarrassed any time an Auburn player makes a cheap shot or even one that is legitimate but looks cheap. No, I am not willing to condemn Cam based on “unnamed sources” or an incomplete investigation. If the NCAA had hard evidence, they should declare him ineligible. Till then HE IS ELIGIBLE AND SHOULD PLAY. Yes, I do recall Alabama having a few instances in the past that call into question their adherence to the rules and their honor. If either team pulled every player that had simply been accused of doing something wrong there would have been a great number of players wrongfully robbed of their dream to play football in the greatest conference. Finally, yes, I do believe Auburn showed its colors during the on-field fight with Georgia. Auburn coaches universally and actively kept the Auburn bench from joining in while the Georgia coaches at best made no effort to restrain their bench. I’m proud to be an Auburn graduate and fan and look forward to the Iron Bowl with my head held high.

  25. I sincerely hope Chizik wasn’t dumb enough to play Cam if we had proof of his ineligibility. If he did, there’s going to be a lot of seriously pissed off fans on the plains, and Chizik just lost his career. You’re going to have fanboys everywhere. Some will will still support Cam and Chizik if damning evidence turns up. Some will condemn him even if he’s proven innocent. There should be a pretty solid money trail if he was paid. I welcome an investigation. If we’re clean, I want people to shut up. If we’re not, we deserve the penalties. All I’ve seen so far is “he said; she said” stuff. I find it funny that people yell at Auburn about Cam being in danger of expulsion at Florida. If this information is true, then why isn’t Florida being investigated for FERPA violations for releasing Cam’s personal info which is much more serious than football. We weren’t very classy at the game last weekend, and I was very disappointed in our game, but don’t pretend Georgia was innocent. They instigated much of the fighting, pulled a lot of questionable plays, and one of their fans committed arson in downtown Auburn. Many seem to be aggressive against auburn for what we did but turn a blind eye towards the Bull Dogs. Personally, I think the Iron Bowl’s going to be a 50/50 shot. Neither team is going to just rollover. It should be a great game no matter who wins. Also, call us hicks all you want. I was born and raised in Tuscaloosa and grew up on the campus. I’m now in Auburn because Alabama didn’t even offer my engineering major. (plus, the tour guides acted like arrogant pricks)
