  1. I think a wet field hurts the D more when the O passes because the D has to react to the recievers and that can cause slipping on the DB’s part. Advantage equal. But I believe it hurts the O more on running plays that break away from the LOS because the back has to make quick, sharp cuts to get around the defensive player and can slip down. However it doesn’t hurt a power running game much at all. Huge advantage Bama. RTR!

  2. I hope it does rain – it’ll f up Mallets passing attack – they can’t run it on our D – we CAN run the ball in the rain.
