McElroy’s tweet of the night

A labama Crimson Tide quarterback Greg McElroy used twitter Thursday night to comment on the NFL Draft and its coverage. The tweet of the night: “Picking between Jen brown and Erin Andrews is like picking between Joe Montana and peyton manning. No need to make a decision.”

And yes, this was just an excuse to post photographs of ESPN’s Erin Andrews and Jenn Brown.

Other information gained from McElroy’s twitter: He doesn’t like the Kay commercials.

The tweets added a unique commentary on the night’s happenings. You can follow the Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback on twitter @GVMcElroy.

Cappy, I only wish I could introduce you to Andrews. But would she be safe? :)

And this wasn’t picked up by the newswires? I’m sure the world could benefit from all of this tweeted Goober Wisdom.

Actually dumbass, newspapers around the country extracted some of McElroy’s tweets about the draft. I picked the one of most interest to general sports fans.

“Newspapers around the country?” I don’t think the Buggtussle Gazette qualifies as a real newspaper, but go ahead and live in that fantasy world.

I consider the Orlando Sentinel a major newspaper in this country, or at least certainly a major newspaper in the south. Oh and ESPN and SI.com mentioned McElroy’s tweets too.

But you go ahead and live in your fantasy world. You know…the world where Auburn isn’t a piece of shit program that is irrelevant.

Speaking of articles. Todays Bleacher/Report had an article written by some so called ‘Featured Auburn Sports Writer’. What a rube! These fuckers are so pathetic that they invent shit to make Bama look bad. This inbred dumbass said he watched Alabama A-day game and the Penn St Blue/White game, and then proceeded explain how PSU was better and more polished at every aspect of the game and that if they played today PSU would slaughter Alabama. And this with a shavetail QB at that. I watched both games myself and i won’t even opine. I’ll just reference PSU fans from their Rivals Blue/White board. They rated their chances against Bama with each of their 3 QBs at 30%, 25% and 0%. One fan rated chance of winning if winning is even possible at 5%. Another said they wouldn’t have scheduled Bama if they’d known how good we were going to be. Another just plain wrote it off and figures they will be better by the end of the year and ready for 2011 & 12. Fucking Aubie rubes. OBSSESSION! RTR

    Kevin.
    Do you know anything?
You are this blog’s howler monkey. Slinging your feces everywhere in a bizarre hope that something might stick somewhere.
I hate to be the one to tell you, but the blog has a court jester (JULIO) and a court jester-in-waiting (Ballplay).
You and your lame witted sniping are redundant.

Cappy, you referred to AU as a “piece of shi+ program”? That’s pretty lame. Don’t recall ever seeing you wallow in the dirt like that in here. Sounds like something EG would write, not you.

I have to agree with julio here Cappy. You are wrong with that analogy.
Auburn would have to rise up 2 notches on the food chain to be a piece of sh*t program.

almighty, I will only throw an AMEN loud enough to burs eardrums to your last post.

Bama fans are looking reasonably to a repeat championship and aubies are praying, usin voodoo among other methods that auburn will just win the iron bowl, notice any differences?.

Joe Paterno is kind of worried about the game, according to his comments during the spring game. He also said that Alabama was the ONLY SEC team that would come to Happy Valley, so he was returning the favor.
