REPORT: A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office on Long Island, where Ingram was prosecuted, says a warrant for Ingram’s arrest was issued Monday. Ingram was still on the lam as of Wednesday. The entire story is here (will update as new information becomes available.)
