The Rap Sheet has the details on receiver Will Oakley who played Saturday night following the diagnosis of his mom with a coronary issue which required immediate surgery.

“We found out, like, Friday,” Oakley said. “She had surgery to put the stent in, but she’s fine. She’s back home now. But before the game, it was a nerve-wracking thing going on.”

We all know it can be hard to concentrate on your job while worrying over family health concerns. It makes his contribution Saturday night that much more impressive.
