  1. The problem is, USC will more than likely clobber Arizona State even worse than UGA did.

But what the fact that the voters ignore is USC doesn’t have to play South Carolina one week; Florida another week; Alabama another week; The Alabama PolyTECHnic Institute another week; Tennessee another week; Vanderbilt another week; and the SEC Championship game, if they win the East.

  2. Who couldnt see S. Carolina playing Georgia tough ? They always do. Heck Im suprised they didnt beat them. Georgia is a great football team. But when Spurrier loses to Vanderbilt, whoever he plays the next week better watch out. Its crazy.

Id bet that USC wouldnt play Georgia any tougher than S.Carolina did.

  3. FOR THE RECORD……….
IT WAS NOT A POOR OFFENSIVE SHOWING.
IT WAS AN EPIC DEFENSIVE BATTLE. TOMMY AND ME PLANNED IT THAT WAY.

  4. If UGA loses one game they are pretty much screwed.
Here on out USC has an easy road to the championship game. May as well say they’ve won the pennant or clinched the BCS bowl.

  5. To the hemorrhoid using Franklin’s name, nah, it wasnt planned, but then again, neither were you.

  6. We wil learn a little about bama Saturday. The same LAMO team that Auburn shelled , took this Arky team to the wire. Sooooooo , does that mean if Arky plays bama close that Auburn would kill bama? No, it dont. But youll see how SEC teams get up for a conference game.

  7. Conference games are always tough! That’s the way it should be! That’s why we’re the best conference in the nation.

    Planned. Not planned. Very funny…

  8. Can we officially eliminate tOSU as a quality non conference opponent?

The SEC has already shown that but people now act like USC is indestructible. I call bs on that one.

  9. No kidding ranger….. OSU sux baaaad. What will it take for the national media to recognise this ? Beanie Wells or no Beanie Wells, they would have lost big. And your right, this is nothing that the SECs best hasnt be doing regularly (whipping OSUs butt)……. We get zero cred for that. USC gets all the cred for it. I would say that year in and year out OSU is the SEC equivalent to Tennessee…. A good team, But just as likely to get there nose broke as they are to win.

Dont get me wrong, USC is very good. But so is Georgia , Florida, LSU, Auburn, and now Bama is coming back strong. There is no way they would run the show in this conference like they do in the Crack ten.

  10. You are right Ballplay, the media recognizes us as the toughest conference but constantly overshadows that fact with their bias toward the beach boys and the yanks!

  14. This has nothing to do with the topic, but I just heard it on the sports segment on tv and it sounded unbelieveable, Trent Richardson the AL running back commit (who I hope we can hold on to) racked up 419 yards rushing Friday night on 29 carries, he truly sounds like a man among boys, I know he looks like it.

  15. I heard that as well. I also hear that quarterback that’s already committed is also posting up unbelievable numbers.

Imagine what those two together can accomplish at the collegiate level if they are to remain as dynamic players?
